Mojo Mobility & Fitness

After years of training hard, our bodies began to break down — fast.
Stretching alone wasn’t cutting it. No matter what we tried, the tightness, pain, and imbalances kept coming back.

But we refused to let injury define us or pull us away from the sports and movement we loved.

We dove deep — spending thousands of hours researching, testing, and applying the most effective methods and tools for recovery, mobility, and injury prevention. And eventually, things started to change.

As we got back to training pain-free, we realized we weren’t alone. So many others were struggling with the same problems — stuck in pain, frustrated, and unsure where to turn.

That’s why Mojo Mobility & Fitness was born: To give everyday people the knowledge, tools, and confidence to fix their movement, reclaim their bodies, and get back to doing what they love.

Our Mission

We’re here to empower everyday people to take control of their bodies —
To overcome injuries, correct imbalances, build strength where it’s been lost, and move freely again without pain.

Whether you're a trained fighter, a regular in the gym, or just someone who wants to move through daily life without stiffness or setbacks — we're here to help you get there.

Practical, effective, and built for real life.

That’s the Mojo approach.

Meet The Founders

At the heart of Mojo Mobility & Fitness are two athletes-turned-educators who’ve been through the pain, the setbacks, and the long road to recovery.

Niall's Story

Niall started training in fitness and martial arts at 14, diving into MMA, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After nearly a decade of nonstop effort, his body began to break down — tightness turned to dysfunction, and he was diagnosed with gluteal tendinopathy and sciatica, forcing him off the mats for eight months. Determined not to repeat the same mistakes, he committed to learning how to train the right way — focusing on rehab, mobility, and injury prevention. Through relentless study, he returned stronger, pain-free, and now helps others avoid burnout and train for the long game.

Joe's Story

At 16, Joe tore his ACL and underwent surgery — but it was done incorrectly. Refusing to let it stop him, he immersed himself in rehab, mobility, and strength training, eventually returning to boxing, weightlifting, and running. Still, the poorly placed graft led to ongoing setbacks, and by 26, he needed a hip resurfacing. That moment drove him to master evidence-based recovery methods — determined never to need major surgery again. Today, he shares that hard-earned knowledge to help others move, train, and live pain-free.
